24-28 Hole Count

24 spoke front and 28 spoke rear is the default spoke count for most disc brake users, almost regardless of weight. This has to do with the braking forces of the disc brake system. In rim brake applications this spoke count is an appropriate step up for heavier riders, aggressive riding/sprinting, or generally applications that require additional stiffness and durability.
